Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years current PT experience (No New Grads)
Outpatient Ortho experience
Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
EPIC and Expro experience - Preferred
NH license must bein hand at profile upload
License/Certifications - (Current NH License ((or compact)) and BLS)
New Hampshire license (Compact Allowed)
BLS (AHA)
