Job Description Miller Time Pub Server - PT RU ) **TITLE & SHIFT** **: Server - Miller Time Pub & Grill, Part Time.** 16-24 hours per week.All shifts will involve weekend and holiday shifts. Each week, schedules are arranged based on various customer events. This team generally works during every Husker Game. Shifts are generally 10:20 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or-- 3:45 p.m. to 11:30 a.m. or- 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Some weekend shifts will stay as late as 3:00 a.m. based on cleanup duties after closing at 2:00 a.m. * Facilitate all transactions to ensure a positive guest experience; including the greeting of guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner and explains all specials, promotions, and specific Miller Time Pub and Grill features.

Take orders, recite selection of all call and premium brands as requested which requires memorization of all available drinks, beer, and taps.

Maintain cleanliness of Guest tables and assist with the bar area.

Input orders into the Point of Sale System creating a check for each Guest and associate to maintain accountability of all beverages served.

Maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.

Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.

Present the Guest with the check promptly, thanking them and inviting them to return in a friendly demeanor.

Perform general cleaning tasks, using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.

Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.

Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and/or assigned.
