    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead electrical design and development efforts for energy storage systems, PV, and EV charging solutions, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance.

    Act as the go-to technical expert for BESS and PV system design, electrical calculations, and industry innovations.
    Collaborate with external partners and consultants, ensuring designs meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
    Manage all aspects of product testing, certification, and commissioning, prioritizing safety and reliability.
    Support project execution from conceptual design through completion, facilitating collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline. Advanced licensure (PE) or EIT certification with a clear path to licensure is preferred.
    Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically within the renewable energy, power generation, or microgrid sectors.

    Expertise in using design and simulation software, with a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code and relevant industry standards.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work within a team environment, and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.

    Familiarity with utility standards and requirements, and a proven track record of innovative engineering solutions in the clean energy domain.
