- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary plans and portion control.
- Set up dining areas, including table settings and food stations.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service efficiently.
- Assist in monitoring and replenishing kitchen supplies.
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to follow dietary restrictions and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is a plus.
