Expanding Manufacturing firm is seeking an energetic, motivated individual who will bring immediate added value to the evolving Human Resources department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team and to develop skills for growth in the field of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• sit in on labor relations and negotiations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The HR Generalist reports to the HR Manager at the Corporate
location and is responsible for providing leadership and support for the exempt and non-
exempt employees. Will be recruiting for a wide variety of jobs. Responsible for the support
of the benefits program. Will be on site at the York facility Needed is a degree in Human
Resources and 3+ plus years of experience in same. Special consideration given to those
with working knowledge of HRIS systems and have Human Resources certifications.
