Job summary
The Food & Beverage Service Captain (Supervisor) is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive immediate attention and have their orders taken and food and beverage requests promptly served.
Responsibilities
- Open and/or close dining room, grill and/or pub, ensuring all areas are clean and accommodating at all times.
- Troubleshoot performance issues relating to staff, menus, equipment and point of sale system.
- Greet arriving guests in a pleasant manner making them feel welcome and at ease.
