- Comprehensive after-school activities focused on creating a positive atmosphere.
- Summer educational programs and outdoor adventures for around 15,000 young individuals aged 4 to 18.
- Lifecraft: a program for career and college advancement, dedicated to long-term academic and career objectives for over 700 staff members.
- Organize and execute engaging activities for club members.
- Create and follow program activities aligned with goals and monthly themes.
- Recruit and retain participants from the school community (maintain a 20:1 student to staff ratio).
- Ensure a safe environment for all students, both physically and emotionally.
- Build positive relationships with the youth, parents, and school staff.
- Keep track of daily attendance and submit reports.
- Prepare and present detailed lesson plans in advance.
- Plan and execute end-of-session showcases that support student growth.

Role Overview:
The Club Leader role is based on-site and involves training sessions at the Woodcraft Rangers headquarters in Little Tokyo and various school sites.
Salary Range:
$20.86-$23.32 per hour.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with a varying number of hours per week, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM depending on the location.
