    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Illinois (Remote)

    Soliant is in search of a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team focused on school-based services.

    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
    Develop personalized treatment plans guided by assessment outcomes, student objectives, and evidence-based methodologies.
    Administer therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice modulation, fluency techniques, and swallowing therapy.

    Employ a range of strategies and tools to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and nurture language comprehension and expression.

    Foster collaboration with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to offer guidance and support to students managing communication disorders.
    Regularly monitor and document progress, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, and conduct ongoing assessments of results.


    Qualifications:
    Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    Possess valid and active state licensure as an SLP or be eligible for licensure.
    Preference for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
    Previous experience working with diverse demographics and age groups is highly advantageous.
    Strong familiarity with assessment tools, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based practices within the field of speech-language pathology.
