    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
    • Assist in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans to address individual needs.
    • Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student progress and participation in educational activities.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
    • Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) program.
    • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a school-based setting.
