    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and screenings to identify students' speech and language needs.
    • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals within the classroom and beyond.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
    • California SLPA license or eligibility for licensure.
    • Previous experience working with children in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
