- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and screenings to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals within the classroom and beyond.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- California SLPA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience working with children in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
