- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Order and administer diagnostic tests, including blood work, and interpret results to diagnose health issues.
- Provide effective management and treatment plans for a diverse range of health conditions.
- Offer referrals to specialists as required for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform various medical procedures (onsite training available for suturing, biopsies, steroid injections, etc.) for those interested in skill expansion.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a rural setting.
- Current state NP or PA practitioner license.
- In-depth understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Proficiency in using EHR medical charting systems and computer-based data management programs.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and commitment to patient-centered care.
