- Focus their practice on estate planning and business formation.
- Have a 3-5 years of estate plan drafting experience.
- Are knowledgeable about probate avoidance, asset protection, business formation, business succession planning, taxation, Medicaid-related issues and special needs planning.
- Are comfortable with conducting virtual consultations.
- Have professional liability insurance.
- Active membership with the Tennessee State Bar
- Private practice required
- Residency in the state of Tennessee required
- At least three years of experience in estate plan drafting
- Familiarity with modern technology, including Microsoft products and CRMs
- Comfortable with virtual communication methods
- Prior experience in business formation highly desirable
- Knowledge in special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation, and asset protection would be advantageous
- Additional state bar admissions would be a plus
- Bilingual skills would be a plus
- Client base growth without the need for marketing time or expense.
- Back-office support including information collection, technology assistance and reference material
