    A global biotechnology company is looking to hire a contract Change Manager

    Location: REMOTE/ Boca Raton, FL

    Contract: 1 Year

    Pay: $60-68/ hourly

    The Change Lead mission is to partner with the stakeholders to understand OCM needs and potential opportunities. The Change Lead will develop expertise in the area(s) they support including the end-user experience, how to increase successful employee adoption and influence value realization for new initiatives. You will deliver and embed organizational change management (OCM) practices into the area(s) under their responsibility to achieve desired goals and empowering key stakeholders to implement and deliver change management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reports to the Director, Operations Program Lead,
    • Responsible for working as a core team member in support of development, implementation, and optimization of a next generation donor management system.
    • Work closely and collaboratively with different divisions team members to develop strategic organizational change management plans and routinely implement those plans.
    • Work closely and collaboratively with communications team members to align OCM strategy and execution with the business and donor management system end users at the top of mind.
    • Monitor, tracks progress, and gather feedback of strategic OCM plans to ensure effectiveness.
    • Effectively align employees and stakeholders with the strategic objectives and benefits of the next generation donor management system program.
    • Support and collaborate with functional and other internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize and advance OCM needs and opportunities.
    • Experience developing strategic OCM plans and tactile execution for large-scale process changes that greatly impact end users and the customer.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a closely related field
    • At least 5-7 years of progressive experience related to organizational change management
    • Experience developing strategic OCM plans and tactile execution for large-scale process changes that greatly impact end users and the customer.
    • Experience in developing and managing effective OCM strategy, content development across varied tactics and channels.
    • Change management experience preferred including ADKAR or similar people change management certification.
    • Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Highly motivated, independent contributor who anticipates business needs while tracking deadlines and plan progress.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives.
    • Strong presentation skills with experience conducting large group meetings in-person and virtually.
    • Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech or other regulated industry (preferred)
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (preferred)

    This position requires overnight travel, required up to 25% of the time.
