Job DescriptionToledo Clinic's Adult Neurology Department is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to provide both clinical and administrative support in a busy office. Qualified candidates will have an MA credential (RMA/CMA/CCMA) or able to obtain such credential within 60 days of employment. This position will work M-F, 8-5.
Toledo Clinic is offering a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus to qualified Medical Assistants and Certified Patient Care Techs. Sign-On Bonuses are payable within 30 days of hire to employees that have active and verified credentials (ex: RMA/CMA/CCMA/CPCT/A). For candidates that have not yet obtained or need to renew their credential, the Sign-On Bonus is payable once the credential is obtained and verified. After one year of service, qualified Medical Assistants/Certified Patient Care Techs will be eligible for an additional $2,000 Retention Bonus.
General Summary:
Perform various clerical duties to support the operation of the office and as needed performs clinical duties

Education:
Medical Assisting degree or diploma required.
Preferred:
