We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories or sectors.
- Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client requirements, offering suitable solutions, and upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance to inform future strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Experience
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for lead tracking and analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with robust analysis skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently in inside or outside sales roles while collaborating seamlessly with team members across departments.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude toward building long-term client relationships.
