- Trauma surgery on call24/7, expected to be at bedside in 30 minutes for critical trauma
- Other on-call specialties - Orthopedics, neurosurgery, neurology, ENT, GI, Nephrology, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery
- Intensivist in house7a-7p, Hospitalist covers ICUfrom 7p-7abut Intensivist in on call
- ED does not respond to hospital airways or codes
- FAST track option that sees ESI 3-5
