Job summary
This position provides timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client's financial needs.Responsibilities
- Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation,
conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs. - Educate clients on digital,
self-service solutions including ATMs,
Online and Mobile banking to make banking easier
& enhance their service experience.
