    Description

    Job Summary:The Branch Sales Associate provides customer service and sales support at the branch and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience for all customers


    Responsibilities:


    • Maintain customer relationships and support key accounts via phone and in person interactions.
    • Manage front counter operations, assist with inquiries, and process orders efficiently.
    • Liaise with specialists to address customer needs promptly.
    • Keep displays stocked and organized, process orders, and maintain a professional branch appearance.
    • Collaborate with vendors to ensure up to date catalogs and literature availability.
    • Adapt to changes and complete assigned tasks effectively.

    Qualifications:


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    - 3+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry or similar field.
    • Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
    • Extensive knowledge of electrical parts.
    • Basic mathematical skills and problem solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent customer service and confidentiality handling skills.

    Physical Requirements:


    • Constant standing and walking.
    • Regular lifting and carrying of 10 50 pounds.
    • Sales/warehouse environment.
