We believe in providing staffing solutions to address the current talent gap Right Talent Right Time Right Place Right Price and acting as a Career Coach Business Analysts 6 Months 100% Remote Phone and WebEx Pay Range -$60/hr.-$65/hr.Assist in creating and modifying procedures to solve complex issues Understand an Agile environment Team needs someone with confidence to interact with executive and cross team stakeholders and to persuade and influence teams to drive solutions to business critical issues Technology ITIL Certified or equivalent Proficiency with ITSM tools like Service Now Pager Duty ITIL IT Operations and Incident management Exposure in handling and engaging vendors and vendor management Exposure to incident management process for cloud hosted applications environment on Azure Oracle Event response experience with one or more New Relic Nagios Splunk Grafana Datadog Must be technically literate and be able to articulate technical issues in a meaningful way t engineers executive level management Must have good understanding of eCom retail architecture design platforms hosted Cloud Service Providers MSFT Oracle Google etc.
