ContinuousBasic Function and Distinguishing CharacteristicsUnder the direction of an assigned Supervisor, plan, organize and direct complex civil engineering work.

Education and Experience/ Licenses and Other RequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering and four years of increasingly responsible professional engineering experience involving the design, preparation, review and analysis of engineering and construction plans, projects and specifications.

Registration as a Professional Engineer licensed by the State of California as a Civil Engineer. Valid California Driver's license.
