Description
As a Maintenance Technician II with INLIVIAN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. Your responsibilities will include performing assigned tasks such as completing work orders, basic carpentry, electrical fixtures, HVAC, plumbing, and painting.
You will also be responsible for grounds maintenance including clearing walkways and parking areas of debris and litter. Additionally, you may assist with preventive maintenance tasks such as checking smoke detectors and replacing light bulbs.
In this role you must have excellent communication skills to effectively work with management/leasing staff on curb appeal functions. You should also possess strong physical abilities to perform moderately strenuous physical activity including heavy lifting carrying pushing pulling kneeling crouching stooping climbing balancing lying prone standing for up to eight hours at a time while using arm strength manipulate work related tools.
