- Administerdownstream Procurement Systems including, SAP SRM, SAP ECC, AribaProcurement Modules ie.Catalog, RFX, Contracts.
- Act as primary operational contact with IT and Ariba forProcurement owned systems to include system and technical issueinvestigation and resolution, system change management, andcoordination of routine updates or other meetings.
- Drive supplier onboarding, supplier catalog enablement,and configure catalog templates.
- Develop,maintain, and conduct training for bakery buyers on downstreamProcurement Systems.
- Develop ProcurementSystems reports, analyze and make recommendations based ondata.
- Review Procurement Systems adoptionregularly and resolve roadblocks.
- Develop andmaintain governance documents and programs for Procurement ownedsystems.
- Plan, manage, and execute variedAriba software configuration, customization, or solutiondevelopment projects.
- Enhance, develop, andconfigure system functionality, workflows, UI, Catalogs, andtechnical connectivity to support the comprehensive Procure-to-PayLifecycle.
- Act as Bakery Buyers help desksupport by managing email to answer questionsfrom buyers.
- This role must have a deepknowledge of SAP ECC and how it interacts with Ariba downstreamprocurementsystems.
- Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance or Accountingpreferred.
- 1-3 years of Ariba and SAPProcurement Systems experience
