    Aegon Global Business Solutions Center is supporting these businesses with IT, Finance, Risk, Model Validation, Actuarial, Audit and Asset management services with a growing team of approx.

    300 people, based in Budapest, Hungary.
    Intermediate Financial Analyst, data oriented with experience in gathering information and performing trend analyses.

    Data Analysis and Support:
    Actuarial - Actual to

    Expected Analysis:
    gathering data from multiple sources and collaborating with external teams to assist in explaining unexpected data variances.

    Equity Analysis:
    Reconciliation of cashflows and related equity outages; able to understand information flows to resolve unexpected variances.


    Quarterly Financial Close:
    Executes reconciliations based on complex documentation, documenting any abnormal balances and variances, and communicating to staff.
    Assist with Sarbanes Oxley controls and data gathering to explain abnormal fluctuations.

    Auditor Population Requests:
    Collaborate with staff to resolve inquiries from external auditor.


    Other requirements and skills include:
    Extended hours for 10-15 business days a quarter during quarter end (January, April, July, October).
    Understanding of complex accounting principles required with a 4-year degree in accounting.
    Capability to query and work with large data along with complex excel skills.
    Ability to effectively communicate in English orally and in writing.
    Skill to handle multiple projects, customer service approach, willingness to take on new projects, analytical.
    Work effectively individually and within a team.
    Organizational and prioritization skills.
