    Purpose :
    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our team in Beaverton, OR.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax accounting and be able to work independently and as part of a team.


    Responsibilities:
    Prepare corporate tax auditable workpapers and supporting documentation for consolidated tax provision and US federal and state tax compliance.
    Research and document tax issues, filing requirements, etc. on an as needed basis.
    Coordinate with finance and accounting personnel to gather and review financial reporting data.
    Assist in tax audits with researching, gathering, and preparation of documentation.
    Serve as champion of fixed asset accounting for tax purposes.
    Assist indirect tax team with filings and/or research.
    Perform ad hoc research and planning analysis as directed.

    Providing consultants and/or third parties with needed informationResponsible for property tax filings for multiple locationsPerform routine administrative matters as directed.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Masters of Tax strongly preferred.
    CPA certification strongly preferred.

    Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax accounting with Masters Degree, or minimum 8 years experience in tax accounting with Bachelors degreeStrong knowledge of and ability to apply professional accounting principles and concepts (US GAAP)Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulationsProficient understanding and experience with FAS 109/ASC 740Ability to work on complex tax issues where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

    Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
    Superior Excel skills required.

    Strong experience with other MS Office Suite applications including Teams, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookComfortable in a rapidly changing environmentStrong accounting backgroundStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Networking with internal and external contacts within tax and the business.
    Strong desire to build upon existing corporate tax compliance knowledge and experience.
    Ability to research, interpret and analyze technical tax and accounting material.

    Ability to be onsite when needed, for projects or team meetingsThe pay range for this role in Beaverton OR. is between $88,900 and $116,600 The pay range may differ in other locations.

    FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
