    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our team at Alila Marea Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that every room meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clean guest rooms, hallways, and other areas as assigned, following a comprehensive cleaning process in accordance with Company standards.
    • Adhere to Hyatt Hotels Corporation guidelines and core values to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of colleagues and guests.
    • Restock cart with cleaning and sanitization supplies, replenish chemical bottles, and maintain proper protective equipment (PPE).
    • Clean rooms within established time guidelines, approximately 12-15 rooms per shift.
    • Maintain complete security of master room keys, report any missing/found articles or damage, and follow Company policy for room amenities.
    • Conduct all duties with attention to detail, assist with laundry, and provide assistance to other team members and departments as needed.
