Job summary
Foundry Commercial is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Development and Investments team in Boca Raton Florida.
This is a great opportunity to develop advanced financial models analysis using Argus MS Excel prepare investment committee memos equity/debt packages presentations reports for investors lenders Direct the gathering organizing presenting of demographic economic real estate market research draw objective conclusions make recommendations Execute the investment process including underwriting capitalization due diligence closing Contribute in the due diligence closing process including review tracking of due diligence requirements third party reports property/tenant information JV debt documentation closing statements Aid on special projects complete other duties as assigned Ability desire to work both independently collaboratively group settings amongst team analysts/associates within Deal Hub
Qualifications
- Analyst - Must have an Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in Finance or Real Estate internship graduate degree preferred.
- Senior Analyst - Full-time commercial real estate work experience required Undergraduate degree in finance or real estate required Undergraduate degree in finance or real estate graduate degree preferred.
