- Leading technical planning sessions with the development teams.
- Facilitating the code review process.
- Improving the code branching and merging strategies.
- Improving our CI/CD process to increase our ability to release code.
- Responsible for tracking capacity and throughput of the development team.
- Ability to communicate complicated technical situations to low-tech audiences.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance analysts to ensure ongoing quality is held to high standards.
- Well-versed in Agile best practices.
- Be prepared to work in a high-growth fast-paced company.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of leading development teams as a manager or tech lead
- Background as a software developer or software architect is required.
- Experience in leading global delivery teams is preferred.
- We are located in the River Ridge Commerce Center at 150 Hilton Drive, Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work onsite at this location, remote work arrangements are not available for this role; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $624.00 per year)
