The Trainer - Patient Accounts Supervisor will create implement and maintain training curriculum and materials . This position will also be responsible for coordinating developing and implementing Revenue Cycle communication materials.Must demonstrate a dynamic presentation style professionalism and troubleshooting capabilities Works closely with Rev Cycle and other internal leadership to communicate consistent messages to end users Displays a personal passion for educating others creates an engaging learning environment enhances the end user learning experience through creativity enthusiasm high energy Facilitates end user adoption of software technologies Brightree EPIC Able to quickly learn education content Is able to embrace change remain flexible in an ever-changing environment The Trainer - Patient Accounts Supervisor should have a solid background of teaching/education preparation presentation prepare to present an example of these skills during the interview Exceptional Skills And Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others deliver engaging education/training adult learners exceptional communication skills positive attitude toward problem-solving This position is a hybrid schedule with expectation working on-site as needed
