One of the largest and most well-regarded civil defense firms in the U.S. is seeking an enthusiastic Paralegal with experience in insurance defense to join its close-knit regional office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to become part of one of the most collaborative and well-respected cultures in the legal industry—supporting attorneys and partners on complex, engaging insurance litigation matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in insurance defense
- Working knowledge of the eDiscovery process
- Strong document management skills and ability to handle a high-volume caseload
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred (equivalent experience strongly considered)

Duration: Full-Time, Direct hire
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary, benefits
