    Job Details

    We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in family law, focusing on divorce, high-asset divorce, and child custody cases.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.
    • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
    • Conduct thorough investigations to gather necessary facts and evidence.
    • Collaborate with professionals to ensure the best outcome for clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in family law and child custody regulations.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in family law required.
    • Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
    • Former prosecutors with 3+ years of family law experience are encouraged to apply.
