    We are currently seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator to operate a CNC Bridge Mill and Manual Planer Mill:

    Set up and remove work pieces from a machine per procedure
    Proficiently use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators and gauges to ensure conformance of specified tolerances
    Ability to perform in-process inspections at a machine and adjust various offsets to ensure conformance of workpieces as required
    Position and secure workpieces on machines using measuring instruments, holding devices, hand tools, and cranes
    Study blueprints, lay outs, sketches, and work orders to determine tolerances and work procedures
    Ability to recognize tooling types- facemill, drill, taps, etc.

    Requirements:

    Knowledge of addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals and calculate tooling speeds and feeds
    Ability to read and understand documents and blueprints
    Ability to use hand tools. (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, tape measure, etc.)
    Ability to lift 50 pounds to insert tooling, materials, and use lifting devices
    Crane experience
    Forklift experience
    Prior machining experience
    Knowledge in general machining practices

    Compensation details:

    17-20 Hourly Wage
