Job Title: CNC Operator- 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team at Touch Point Inc. The right candidate will be responsible for operating Citizen Swiss CNC lathes to manufacture precision components. This individual will have strong technical knowledge of CNC lathes, the fundamentals of machining, familiarity with metal cutting tools, and the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.

The successful candidate will:

• Interpret engineering blueprints and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Perform test runs to ensure that CNC programs are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Optimize machining processes to improve quality, reduce cycle times, cut tooling costs, and simplify set-ups.
