Job summary
We are searching for both DAY and SWING shift Med Techs Weekend availability for day shift and Mon-Weds availability for swing shift.The Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide is a pivotal member of our Assisted Living and Residential Care Communities. This role involves more direct interaction with residents than any other position. Universal Caregivers / Med Aides are responsible for consistently providing detailed information about resident status needs and issues to ensure appropriate actions are taken. They must be vigilant in observing changes in residents' health attitudes and needs effectively communicate these observations Adaptability is crucial as Universal Caregivers / Med Aides must respond to the evolving needs of both the facility and its residents By delivering essential care they help residents achieve maintain their highest level of independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting transferring getting to from activities meals according individual service plan compassionate attentive manner.
- Medication setup administration when needed after training.
- Update resident records timely manner accordance company policy procedures.
