Job summary
We are looking to fill two openings for Access Center Specialists who will provide direct services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness at 40 Prado Homeless Services Center.- Conduct client intake, CES assessments, HMIS data entry, and maintain required records.
- Provide referrals and support clients in accessing community services and benefits.
