Description
The duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Associate can vary based on the needs of the organization. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.Some of the duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Associate are as follows:
What will your role involve?
Assist in strategizing, organizing, and executing marketing and advertising initiatives and activities
Write copy and create graphics for ads, social media, emails, etc.
Manage and schedule posts on business social media pages
Set-up and prepare ahead of conferences and events
Help distribute marketing materials
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Follow-up from marketing campaigns
Call customers when necessary
Forward calls and take messages if needed
Work collaboratively with all departments
Maintain Public Relations when necessary
Pull and enrich contact lists for sales and marketing initiatives
Coordinate, submit, and claim Marketing Development Funds
Perform market analysis and research on competition
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Prepare presentations and reports
Support the marketing and sales departments in daily administrative tasks, occasional errands, and other duties as necessary
Be capable of independently executing marketing strategies and tasks to uphold continuity and achieve departmental goals in the absence of the Marketing Manager
