The Team Leader operates backhoes and other special construction equipment in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the City's water/sewer/stormwater systems and performs other utility maintenance work as required.
Work includes operating heavy construction equipment and performing general maintenance work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of City water/sewer/stormwater systems components.
