    Accountable for accurate, cost effective, compliant and buildable Quotes

    Required Skills


    Responsibilities:

    • Create quote and update quote for revisions per KPSG set pricing guidelines
    • Create initial Quote Folder in Laserfiche and save any supporting documents
    • Download / Upload Specs and Drawings from/to customer sites
    • Quote to meet local unique building code requirements
    • Locate and retrieve to meet Market Segment or Customer specs
    • Quote in accordance with seismic requirements
    • Identify and incorporate any special requirements based on Corporate Standards
    • Solicit support from Account Manager and other internal departments, as required
    • Provide feedback to Account Manager regarding discrepancies, inconsistencies or lack of detail on Specs
    • Initiate Scope Request, if required
    • Maintain volume of 4060% of Quote Specialist within same segment
    Required Experience


    Qualifications:

    • High School Education
    • Strong technical aptitude
    • Ability to be a selfstarter and work independently
    • Strong emphasis on Math and Technical skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong prioritization, multitasking and organization skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong MS Office skills
    • Strong MS Office skills
