    We seek a talented, enthusiastic, and customer focused individual to join our Lebanon Distribution Center as an Inventory Control Specialist in Lebanon, PA.

    The expected hours for this position would be Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm

    What You'll Do

    The Inventory Control employee is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and supporting inventory management processes within the facility to minimize losses and optimize the distribution process.

    • Conduct daily cycle counting activities using an RF device to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies
    • Record inventory data in the warehouse management software via the RF device ensuring that all transactions are promptly and correctly documented
    • Label, tag or mark items as necessary to facilitate easy identification, organization or retrieval
    • Report any quality or inventory discrepancies issues to appropriate personnel
    • Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
    • Adhere to safety protocols, regulations and guidelines to ensure ta safe working environment
    • Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently
    • Willing to work overtime as when needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required for Success

    • One year previous warehouse experience
    • Minimum 6 months successful forklift and pallet jack experience
    • Ability to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and Warehouse Management System
    • Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
    • Ability to count accurately on a repetitive basis
    • Physically able to lift, carry, move etc products up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally
    • Ability to communicate successfully with leads, supervisors, coworkers and customers as required
    • Self-motivated and willing to work with others
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Be detail-oriented
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
