    Enticing thousands every month to join their family of creators, they need someone to unravel their potential customers' dreams and guide them to the appropriate product model, helping them envision the business they could start, or the artworks they could create.

    Inside Sales Manager

    Senior Manager of Sales


    LOCATION:
    Remote, full-time, MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 10-2pmPST DAILY.


    OTE:
    $122,000 – 180,000 (60% Base, 40% commission/bonus)


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    sales through proactive engagement with potential customers, utilizing persuasive techniques to guide them towards purchasing decisions that align with their creative aspirations.

    as a knowledgeable liaison between potential customers and our product offerings, demonstrating a deep understanding of our technology and its applications to nurture customer curiosity and confidence.

    customer relationships within our CRM system, ensuring timely and personalized responses to inquiries, inbound calls, and leads, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    closely with a passionate team to strategize and execute effective sales approaches, leveraging CRM data and insights to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

    tailored responses to customer queries, addressing concerns and objections with clarity and empathy, while showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.

    or exceed sales quotas within defined time frames, leveraging your sales expertise and proactive outreach to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions and meet/exceed sales targets.
    motivated and self-driven, with a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
    in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot CRM, to effectively manage customer interactions and guide them through the sales funnel.

    communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to articulate ideas clearly and listen attentively to customer needs.

    in selling physical hardware is preferred.
    with design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Inkscape, or CAD programs is a plus.
    involvement with startups or fast-growing technology companies is advantageous.
    passion for creativity and making, demonstrated through hobbies like knitting, woodworking, 3D printing, or furniture building.
