    Description

    iVueit, LLC is the leader in on-demand site inspections for both commercial and residential property managers. We work directly with many of the largest brands providing photo documentation and survey data on locations throughout the US. We are searching for an enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join iVueit. The HR Coordinator will serve as the first line of support for HR related issues. These include selection and onboarding, employee relations/employee engagement, performance management, payroll management, benefits education/leave management, and compliance with employment laws in several states.

    We are growing rapidly, so this is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual. Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR. This is an onsite position at our headquarters located in Columbus, OH.

    HR Coordinator responsibilities are:

    Advise, coach and support all on-site and remote personnel in all employee lifecycle matters

    Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience and education

    Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants

    Manage and administrator bi-weekly payroll

    Engage with employees, building trust and maintain clear lines of communication

    Assisting managers with employee development, performance management and conflict resolution, if necessary

    Maintain in-depth knowledge of state compliance rules and regulations

    Serve as a key resource for employees and managers providing information on company benefits and other HR related issues.

    Lead or support other HR projects and company initiatives

    HR Coordinator requirements are:

    Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of solid experience in Human Resources.

    Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with on site and remote employees and stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization

    Ability to implement programs to create an efficient workplace

    Working knowledge of federal and state leave requirements

    Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including excellent phone etiquette.

    Professional, friendly, personable and passionate

    Up to 10% overnight travel may be required

    Job Type: Full-time (M-F)

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Pay: Salary + Annual Bonus
