    Practice Overview
    Join a well-established multi-specialty team with an Ambulatory Surgery Center
    Practice across sites in Chipley, Panama City, and Panama City Beach
    Opportunity to build a high-volume retina practice with immediate patient demand
    Potential for geographic expansion to Pensacola for high-volume candidates

    Schedule
    Flexibility in creating a personalized schedule to balance clinic and procedural time
    Manage call duties independently with potential for negotiable call compensation
    Enjoy a supportive environment with access to multiple practice locations

    Compensation & Benefits
    Experienced candidates can earn $600,000-$650,000 in the first year
    Base salary of $400,000-$500,000, depending on experience, plus a $100,000 signing bonus
    Production model incentives begin after the first year, with potential earnings up to $1M
