    Customer Success Manager (State, Local, Law Enforcement) at i2 Group - Remote

    i2 Group, a Harris Computer company, is in search of a dynamic Customer Success Manager – SLED, to join their team on a full-time, permanent, remote basis. This role is perfect for someone based in the U.S., passionate about ensuring the satisfaction and success of law enforcement customers.

    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new law enforcement customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our software. Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower users with the knowledge and skills required to maximize the value of our analysis tools.
      • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within law enforcement agencies. Conduct regular check-ins to understand customer objectives, challenges, and areas for enhancement.
      • Product Advocacy: Act as a product champion, highlighting the features and advantages of our analysis software to customers. Collaborate with the product development team to offer valuable insights from customer interactions.
      • Issue Resolution: Serve as the main contact for customer queries, concerns, and technical matters. Work closely with the technical support team and various business units to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
      • Retention and Expansion: Collaborate with the sales team to spot and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional i2 products or services to existing customers. Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
      • NPS Monitoring: Establish and supervise customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other applicable customer satisfaction metrics. Proactively address customer issues, enhance their experience, and drive positive feedback.
      • Accounts Receivable Management: Work with finance and operations teams to guarantee timely payment of accounts receivable. Set up and sustain efficient processes for managing billing and collections within strategic accounts.
      • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer usage data to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement. Produce regular reports on customer success metrics and key performance indicators.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, criminal justice, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
    • Proven background in customer success or account management, ideally within the software sector.
    • Prior experience with law enforcement procedures and workflows, particularly in investigation or crime analysis, is highly desirable.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Robust analytical and problemsolving capabilities; ability to proactively tackle issues and provide solutions.
    • Previous experience with i2 software or similar products is a plus.
    • Exceptional customer management expertise, encompassing project management, conflict resolution, customer training support, and fostering customer relationships.
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Willingness to travel as needed (e.g., occasionally for onsite customer meetings).
