HR Dynamics is recruiting on behalf of an industry leader in Fort Myers, FL that is looking to add an experienced Construction Coordinator for their continuously growing team Must be located in or near Fort Myers, FL onsite position.

The organizations multidisciplinary staff collaborates to provide disaster relief services, temporary and permanent emergency repairs, mitigation and remediation, disaster readiness planning, and data management.

As the Construction Coordinator, you will manage, coordinate, and implement all phases of the administration of multiple residential construction rehabilitation, demolition, and reconstruction projects from permitting to completion.

Duties to include:

Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, invoicing, and scheduling

Assist field superintendents with scheduling

Collaborate with inspectors and subcontractors on permits and inspections

Qualifications include:

Must have excellent computer skills, the role is computer-intensive

Detail oriented and organized

Excellent customer service skills

A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised

Position is typically Monday-Friday; however, upon the occurrence of a disaster, this role will become essential and work as needed.

Salary Range will be commensurate with education and experience, offering at a range of typically $55,000 - $65,000/year.
