    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide personalized therapy services to individuals of all ages facing various conditions. As an OT, you will play a vital role in assessing needs, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve functional independence and overall quality of life.

    Job Details:

    • Caseload: K - 12
    • Full-time (40hrs/week)
    • Onsite

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify limitations and set personalized goals.
    • Develop and execute treatment plans based on assessments and specific needs.
    • Offer therapeutic interventions such as exercises, ADL training, equipment recommendations, and environmental adjustments.
    • Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed for optimal results.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Valid state license or registration as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Knowledge of therapy principles, assessment techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
