Joon Health is an integrated behavior improvement platform for kids, starting with behavior disorders like ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression.

In Joon, kids access a game-based digital therapeutic where they level up when they do real-life behaviors that are managed by parents and clinicians.

Over the next 10 years, we plan on being the first-line digital treatment for pediatric behavior disorders, leveraging the first of its kind technology to drive behavior change.

After launching Joon in January 2022, focused on kids with ADHD and Autism, we've already reached over 18K active paying subscribers.

We've raised over $6M in funding from top investors like Y Combinator, Goodwater, MaC Venture Capital, Dune Ventures, Blue Lion Global, Arash Ferdowsi (Dropbox), Dan Carroll (Clever), Austen Allred (Bloomtech), and Alex Cohen (Carbon Health).

If you join us, you'll be the first design hire helping shape:

The clinical direction and focus across our whole platform

You will be the first full-time clinical hire on the team, working directly with our CEO and driving clinical strategy and operations.

Exceptional clinical judgment, deep knowledge of behavioral health, strong research background, and prior experience being responsible for clinical quality
Experience in discovery, negotiation of contracts and launch of partnerships with clinics, health systems, or payers
Strong industry relationships and network of clinics and/or health system contacts
Obtaining external clinical validation through research and securing clinical studies that unlock health insurance coverage in the future
Securing partnerships and distribution channels through clinics and health systems
Developing a strategy for health insurance coverage
Prioritizing and managing the implementation of our clinical dashboard to create a valuable product for clinicians
Supporting strategic health systems and clinic partners, maintaining strong relationships and gathering feedback

• 3+ years of product experience at a healthtech company OR industry experience in a BD, sales, consulting, medical science liaison, or management role

~ Strong preference for masters in health-related field
~ Cross-functional experience and experience building strong client relationships
~ Nice to have:
experience with pediatric behavioral health
