SNI is currently searching for a dedicated and detail oriented A/P Specialist for one of our unique clients in the area.
Responsibilities
- Perform timely account reconciliation by verifying entries and comparing to balances;
- Analyze, prioritize, code and pay invoices managing vendor or supplier expectations;
- Receiving verifying processing heavy volume of accounts payable invoices received via email ACH Debit regular mail well all credit card transactions Issuing checks to vendors on a weekly basis Processing 1099 forms at year-end using QuickBooks including accurately identifying recording vendors W-9 information.
