- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
- Ensure project objectives are met by coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, as well as the evaluation of subcontractor bids
- Collaborate with project managers to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel and subcontractors
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates and proposals
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
- 1+ year of experience in construction projects, administration, or related experience/education
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
