    Purpose

    Under general supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining research and laboratory systems, providing technical support to assigned departments, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable policies and procedures.
    • Data Handling: Document and handle raw data according to regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintenance: Perform daily upkeep of work area with good observation skills.
    • Task Execution: Execute assigned tasks using learned techniques.
    • Decision-Making: Use experience and training to make minor decisions.
    • Quality Implementation: Implement and maintain quality systems.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent with four years of experience in a laboratory setting. Associate's degree with no experience required.
    • Effective communication skills to relay messages to management.
    • Ability to take initiative on basic issues and collaborate with team members on complex problems.

    Compensation

    The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. AbbVie offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
