Job Summary

This position works with members of the health care team to provide safe and effective drug therapy, serving as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs as well as to patients. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
Serves as a pharmacist resource for medication information and guidance.
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and Mercy policies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Licensure: Current pharmacist license in the state of practice.
Experience: Two or more years of clinical experience; a PGY-1 residency is preferred.
