Job Title:

Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's short- and long-term financial strategies.
Establish and maintain accounting and financial systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and system enhancement.
Manage relationships with external partners, such as banks, financial institutions, investment bodies, auditors, and officials.
Lead the company's financial management activities, including cash flow, cost management, budget management, financial accounting, and KPI management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 8 years' finance experience in the manufacturing industry, with over 5 years of successful finance leadership in a multinational company.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Solid technical skills in US and China GAAP and financial reporting.
